The West Suffolk Local Plan Main Modifications Consultation were published on the 4th March and included in the Policy AP20 Pinewood Stud, Newmarket (MM86) was the following statement:
Information to inform a project level Appropriate Assessment will also be required in accordance with SP7. This information must include an assessment of water quality impacts within the New River on downstream hydrologically connected European sites, the avoidance of increased sedimentation and eutrophication, and water quality surveys to inform future monitoring of mitigation installations.
We will coordinate our response with interested environmental groups, like the Suffolk Wildlife Trust and the National Trust.
